Terry and Kathy Sullivan have been the Broker Owners of RE/MAX Advantage since founding the company in 1989. During these years, they have developed RE/MAX Advantage into one of the top real estate companies in Massachusetts.

In Essex County, Kathy was the # 2 agent for sales both 2005 and 2006 and they have been in the top 1% of all agents in MA. This real estate success is what keeps Kathy and Terry in tune with the real estate market place and enables them to provide invaluable sales advice and market intelligence to their agents.
